The fitness industry peddles supplements, and that’s just a sub sector of the food industry. If you know anything about these bad boys you’ll understand that diligence and caution are required, so they don’t pull a fast one on ya.
But what does that mean? All supplements are evil? Not quite…
There are some that DO work, nowadays they can be as effective as a mild steroid cycle, so I hear tell. But to that end you gotta know exactly what works, what is a waste of money, what is downright dangerous.
Not only that, for maximum effect you need to use the right supplements at the right time in the right amounts AND in the right combinations. Sound complicated? Maybe just buy that new combo pill, one a day and you’re set? Well then, say goodbye to your money and your potential extra gains.
