What’s the best supplement for weight loss?
OK sometimes athletes are overweight, even fat, so fair enough to that question. Btw for sports, anything above 10% is considered fat, for women it’s 16% max.
The best supplement where burning fat is concerned by far is soluble fiber, especially beta glucan.
The soluble fiber improves digestion, prevents fat uptake to a certain degree and most importantly chelates (binds) heavy metals like mercury and hormones like estrogens.

1) Psyllium husk
