Nutrition is very important of course, Perfectly Timed Training is always a part of it as well. Which type of training and which diet depends on your goals:
Diet Centered, with appropriate and flexible custom training routines. For the general weight loss client.
Level 1: Low Carb with HIIT&LIIT Training
Level 2: Smart Carb with Body Weight Circuits
Level 3: Plant Based Low Fat with Weights Circuits
Healthy diet and supplementation, but we focus heavily on the Training. For the fitness enthusiast.

How Does Online Coaching Work?
Basically, you visit for an in-depth consultation, where we test, measure and take your weight, etc.
Next, a program is custom-fit for you, according to your needs, goals and test results. The program is taught, pictures and/or videos taken.
You have access to me personally via Skype & email, and to closed online groups, where questions and concerns are addressed. Support is given by these means, as well as via video and text-chat.
You will keep a Training and Nutrition Diary which I will regularly review for you via email.
Each month, you come back in and the process is repeated, the next step determined.
I will make sure you are and stay on track: Accountability and support is everything.
One Month is billed at 10.000 isk.
